Exemple if the valuation price is 60.101,21,-Euros, the amount of the morgage would be 48.080,96,-Euros

Needed documentation: Personal: Name, marital status, address, monthly income, working since and type of contract.

. Photocopy of N.I.E number (Fiscal number)
. Photocopy of deeds
. Photocopy of last payment for rates (I.B.I)
. Photocopy of monthly income (last three salary documents)
. Photocopy of payment of income tax for the last two years (P-60, P-40, or pension income.)

When a morgage is acquired there are fees to be paid.
