LEGAL TAX AND FEES

10% on the value of the declared on the title deeds.

Consisting of:

7% Stamp duty or VAT
3% for notary fees, registery of title deeds, searches.

If a morgage is requested the 3% is already included in the credit fees.

All the prices stated are without 7% tax and the 3% fees
